WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
Since all orders are individually handled with love by our staffing team, the orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from being received.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET HERE?
All our orders are shipped with the Swiss Post - A Post (priority) and they usually take 1 working day to be delivered.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
The shipping cost is CHF 10.00 + MwSt 7.7% per box sent.
We have 3 different size boxes: (50 Roses, 100 Roses & 200 Roses) The cost is the same for every one of the boxes.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
In order to guarantee the quality of our roses, we do now take any roses back. Our roses are carefully checked before shipping, making sure that every rose fulfills our high-quality standards.
