Preserved roses are 100% natural roses which are taking into a special and gentle process to convert them into long lasting roses without losing their beauty and natural origin.

How long do preserved roses last?

Our roses last over a year.

Where do the roses come from?

All our roses are grown in Colombia

What is the size of the roses?

All roses offer through our website are 6-6.7CM diameter with a height range from 4.5 to 5.5CM. For other sizes, please contact us.

Do the roses need to be watered?

No, preserved roses do not need to be watered.

Do the roses have any special certificate?

All our preserved roses are Rainforest Alliance Certified.

What is the minimum order size?

50 Roses. We are a wholesaler and therefore we have established a minimum order size.

How many colors do I order when buying Solid Colors ?

One color per Bulk Mini Box. This means, 50 roses from the same color.

Can I mix different colors per box?

If you select the Assorted colors, you can mix as many colors as you wish per Bulk Mini Box. Make sure you fill out the blank window specifying the colors of the 50 roses you wish.

How does the packaging work?

We have 3 different boxes size available: Bulk Mini Box: 50 Roses. Double Bulk Mini Box: 2 Bulk Mini Boxes x 50 = 100 Roses. Quattro Bulk Mini Box: 4 Bulk Mini Boxes x 50 = 200 Roses Orders should always be multiple of 50 roses. All our packing is Bulk. Less waste and better for stocking.

Why are not all colors available to buy?

Currently only the solid color roses are available to buy online. The collections Brisk, Glitter, Maquillage, Mignon and Special are available upon request. Please contact us for more information.

Why do I need to register to buy roses?

We are a B2B company, and we protect our customers. The prices are not available for all public.

What payment methods do you received?

How long does the shipping take?

We delivered within 1-2 working days throughout Switzerland. All our orders are sent “priority”

Which shipping company do we work with?

All our orders are shipped with the Swiss Post. (A Post Service)

How much is the shipping cost?

We charge CHF 10.00 per box shipped (Bulk Mini Box, Double Mini Box, Quattro Mini Box). The more you buy the better. Shipping 50 or 200 roses has the same cost.

Is there an express shipment available?

We can also offer you the express shipment from the Swiss Post. Next day delivery before 9am. Please contact us to request this service. Additional cost of CHF 25.00

Why buy from Candelaria Flowers?

We avoid intermediaries in between. We are also present in Colombia where our roses are grown. We ship directly from Colombia to our Swiss Warehouse where we keep an available stock for our customers. We are regularly importing in order to keep our inventory as fresh as possible. Buying from us is buying directly from the source.

Where are we located?

Candelaria Flowers is present in 4 different countries. Colombia: We grow flowers and ship them worldwide. Germany: We have a warehouse to serve the European Market. Switzerland: We have a warehouse specially just for the Swiss Market United States: Our newest warehouse. From here we supply the US and Canada.
